If you are looking for a quick and easy dinner to fix in a flash I have something just for you. Dressings are great for a salad or cooking with meat but how about a stir fry?
That’s why I am sharing a new recipe for Shiitake Ginger Stir Fry made with Drew’s Organics Shiitake Ginger Dressing and Marinade. It checks all the right boxes. It’s full of vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snap peas, garlic, water chestnuts, baby corn, and yes shiitake mushrooms), simple to make, and beaming with flavor. What can be better?
What you’ll need…
large wok or skillet/ pot
sharp knife to chop all the nutritious veggies
cutting board
How to make Shiitake Ginger Stir Fry
Mix Drew’s Organics Shiitake Ginger Dressing and Marinade, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Next add garlic snd sautée for 30 secs to 1 minute. Add red and yellow bell pepper, sugar snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, baby corn, water chestnuts, and minced garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes. Vegetables should be partially cooked and still crunchy.
Add Drew’s Organics Shiitake Ginger Dressing and Marinade mix to pan. Sautee for an additional 2 -3 minutes. Top with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.
What to eat with this stir fry?
Pair your favorite meat or tofu for additional protein.
Serve over a bed of white rice or with a batch of noodles.
tips:
Substitute shiitake mushrooms for any other mushroom variety. Don’t worry, there’s enough shiitake flavor in the Drew’s Organics Dressing.
Make this stir fry gluten free by using liquid aminos or a gluten free soy sauce.

Ingredients
Sauce
- ½ cup Drew’s Organics Shiitake Ginger Dressing & Marinade
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Stir Fry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cups broccoli
- ½ cup baby corn
- ½ cup water chestnuts
- sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
