Making these pancakes are easier than ever. Add old-fashioned oats, milk, egg, banana, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt to a blender. Mix until well combined for roughly 1 minute. Allow pancake mix to sit for 5 minutes.
Heat a large nonstick griddle or skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of pancake batter to form pancakes and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side.

- 2 cups old fashion oats
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ teaspoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions

Add oatmeal, milk, egg, banana, baking powder, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt to a blender.

Mix until pancake batter is smooth/combined (30 seconds to 1 minute). Allow to sit for 5 minutes at room temperature.

Heat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of pancake batter on to griddle or skillet and cook for 2-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes.
