Air Fryer Crispy Green Beans
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- Cooking spray
Basil Aioli Sauce
- 4 tablespoons fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 egg yolks room temperature
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil

Set up bowls by adding flour to one bowl, beaten eggs to a second bowl, and panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a third bowl.

Wash and dry green beans. Add green beans to the bowl with flour and toss to evenly coat. Then add green beans to the bowl with the egg mix and evenly coat. Transfer green beans to the third bowl with grated parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Lightly shake any excess coating from the green beans. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add green beans to the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 354 minutes at 390 degrees F°.
Basil Aioli Instructions

Add basil, garlic, yolks, lemon juice, and salt to a bowl. Using an immersion blender, begin to mix on high for a few seconds. Slowly add vegetable oil to the bowl while the immersion blender is running. Hold immersion blender steady and mix until aioli begins to form (at least 1 minute).

Cut off the immersion blender and scrape the sides of the bowl down. Continue blending until mixture is completely combined.

Serve Air Fryer Crispy Green Beans with Basil Aioli immediately.
