Maple Roasted Carrots

November 13, 2017 by Jasmin Foster

It’s that time of year again.

Thanksgiving is almost here. Here’s an easy side dish that’s a staple for the holidays, Maple Roasted Carrots.  For this recipe, baby carrots will do just fine but regular organic carrots were used.

Start by peeling, rinsing, and cutting the carrots. Place in large size bowl. Combine carrots, maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil,  balsamic vinaigrette, and salt in small bowl. Pour maple syrup mixture onto carrots. Mix until well blended. Transfer carrots to a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
