On the list of favorite foods, mango is pretty high up there. It’s a no brainer that I would put in on top of my overnight oatmeal. I love making breakfast the night before because I sometime run out of time. Blame it on the late nights and early mornings.

How To Make Mango Chia Overnight Oats
Start with a jar. Add in your rolled oats, milk, vanilla extract, honey, and chia seeds. Stir until well combined. Cover jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Then add diced mango. If you want you can add the mango before putting the jar in the refrigerator so that it will be completely ready once the oats and chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.
Feel free to use non dairy milk and maple syrup for a plant based overnight oatmeal.
