Bold and flavorful Greek Yogurt Ranch is a healthy low calorie ranch alternative that doesn’t skip on taste.
I’m a big of ranch. It’s easily one of the most used condiments in my household. At the grocery store I love to try new brands and different flavors. You can go with a classic buttermilk ranch, a sharp and tangy flavor ranch, avocado ranch or peppercorn ranch. This time around I’m here to share an alternative, Greek Yogurt Ranch. Made with non fat plain Greek yogurt and seasoned with several aromatic spices.
Ingredients
Greek yogurt: The base of this ranch recipe calls for plain Greek yogurt It’s a lower calorie, low fat alternative that still provides that creamy texture to love about classic ranch
Garlic powder & onion powder:
Parsley & dill:
Lemon juice:
Salt & pepper:
Water: Use a bit of water to thin out ranch dressing
Tools You’ll Need:
A blender to mix everything together
A medium sized glass container or jar with a lid to seal and keep your leftover ranch. Canning jars work well for storing.
How To Make Greek Yogurt Ranch
Gather: Gather ingredients and place directly into a blender.
Blend: Mix until smooth. Not much time is needed (maybe up tp 1 minute)
Adjust: Adjust the consistently of the recipe by adding a small amount of water to thin out to desired consistency.

How to Store Greek Yogurt Ranch
If you find that you have some ranch left over you can store in a glass storage container with a sealed lid. Canning jars are really the best and super easy to use. Keep this dressing in the fridge for up to one week.

Add to a salad
Enjoy crunchy vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and grape tomatoes and use Greek Yogurt Ranch as a dip
Layer it on your next sandwich or burger

Greek Yogurt Ranch

Ingredients
- 1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground cracked pepper
- Salt
- 1-2 tablespoon water to thin
Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.

Blend until smooth (up to 1 minute).

If it's too thick add 1-2 tablespoon of water to thin out to desired consistency.
