Salmon & Avocado Toast

Two of my favorite foods, avocado and salmon, on a slice of bread is like a dream come true. Find this easy recipe for Salmon Avocado Toast below!.

Salmon Avocado Toast

Prep Time 7 minutes
Cook Time 2 minutes
Total Time 9 minutes
Servings 5 people

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh dill.

Instructions

  1. Toast the sourdough bread. Slice smoke salmon into bite size pieces. Add smoked salmon to one side of toast. Cut the avocado in half (length wise). Remove seed from avocado. Gently peel the skin off both pieces of avocado. Slice avocado and add to the sourdough toast. Lastly, add dill and sprinkle with hempseeds.
