

Oatmeal Blender Waffles
These easy Oatmeal Blender Waffles take no time to mix in your blender for delicious gluten-free waffles.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup melted coconut oil cooled
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Add milk, old fashioned oats, eggs, coconut oil, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract to a blender. Mix until just combined (up to 30 seconds). Check waffle batter. Continue mixing in 10-15 second increments as needed.
Recipe Notes
For gluten waffles use gluten-free oats. Keep waffles as crisp as possible by placing cooked waffles in a heated space (oven or toaster oven at 200 F) until ready to eat.
