How To Make Hash Brown Avocado Toast
Make hashbrowns: Cook hashbrowns in an air fryer at 380F for 10 minutes or until hashbrowns is golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
Cook eggs: While hashbrowns are cooking crack eggs into a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk together the eggs using a fork. Cook eggs by scrambling the eggs using a spatula on a non stick skillet over medium heat.
Prep: Slice avocado in half and remove the seed. Scoop avocado out using a spoon and place in a bowl. Add lime juice, and seasonings per taste(salt, pepper, etc). Use the same spoon to mash avocado and thoroughly mix together.
Assemble: Place hash brown on a plate and top with mashed avocado, then scrambled egg, chili pepper crisp, and honey.
Tips For The Best Hashbrown Avocado Toast
Can I use something else instead of hash browns? Yes, you certainly can. Hashbrown can be replaced with bread or any equivalent that you can toast/air fry that can act like as a base. Other forms of potatoes will work as well but the end result will not be like toast. Use shredded hashbrowns, or home fries to make an avocado bowl.
