White Beans: The main ingredient and base that’s blended to smooth profection

How To Make Creamy White Bean Hummus
Add white beans, tahini, water, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, garlic. salt and pepper to a food processor. Run food processor to blend until smooth (about 2 minutes or until desired consistency). Add a teaspoon of water to adjust/thin out white bean hummus as needed. Transfer white bean hummus to plate or shallow bowl. Top with paprika or parsley. Serve with fresh veggies and pitas.

- ½ tsp cumin
- 2 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
