Add all of the ingredients and chicken thighs to a zipped plastic bag. Shake until chicken is well combined with seasoning.
Let the chicken marinate by sitting in the refrigerator for an 1 hour. (Up to 12 hours). Preheat the air fryer to 375 °F. Transfer chicken thighs to the air fryer facing down.
Cook in air fryer for 14 minutes. Flip chicken thighs over and continue cooking for an addition 5-6 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165° F is reached. Serve with lemon slices and chopped parsley and enjoy
