Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients and chicken thighs to a zipped plastic bag. Shake until chicken is well combined with seasoning.

  2. Let the chicken marinate by sitting in the refrigerator for an 1 hour. (Up to 12 hours). Preheat the air fryer to 375 °F. Transfer chicken thighs to the air fryer facing down.

  3. Cook in air fryer for 14 minutes. Flip chicken thighs over and continue cooking for an addition 5-6 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165° F is reached. Serve with lemon slices and chopped parsley and enjoy
