Make delicious Chocolate Chip Blended Baked Oats for breakfast. This simple oatmeal dish is easy to make with your blender using a few baking essentials.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Spray ramekin with cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. Place all ingredients accept for the chocolate chips in a blender.

  3. Blend until well combined (about 30 seconds). Pour the blended oatmeal batter into the ramekin. Gently fold in chocolate chips.  

  4. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
