Delicious No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars made with less than 10 ingredients.
In a large bowl add creamy peanut butter, oat flour, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly to evenly combine.
Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer peanut butter mix to baking pan. Use an additional sheet of parchment paper to press peanut butter down in an even flat layer.
Add chocolate chips to small saucepan. Melt chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low/medium heat by slowly stirring. Add peanut butter to chocolate chips and stir to evenly combine. Remove from heat.
Pour the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter. Spread chocolate in one even layer using a spoon/flat sided utensil or tilt pan with hands to move chocolate around.
Transfer pan to the fridge and let set for 1.5 hours. Remove from fridge. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Use a knife to cut bars into squares.
