If you like easy no-mess meals then these Oatmeal Banana Blender Pancakes are exactly what you need for breakfast. Light and fluffy pancakes with a hint of cinnamon made with old-fashioned oats and banana mixed in a blender for super quick breakfast prep.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups old fashion oats
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Add oatmeal, milk, egg, banana, baking powder, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt to a blender.

  2. Mix until pancake batter is smooth/combined (30 seconds to 1 minute). Allow to sit for 5 minutes at room temperature.

  3. Heat a non-stick griddle or skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of pancake batter on to griddle or skillet and cook for 2-4 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes.
