Add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, in large bowl. Add vanilla extract, sugar, melted butter, egg and milk to separate bowl and mix. Pour the second bowl of wet ingredients to a bowl with dry ingredeints. Stir until just combined.
Use a ¼ cup measuring cup to pour pancake batter on heated griddle. Cook pancakes for 1–2 minutes and flip. Continjue cooking for another 1-2 minutes or golden brown.
