Make these Apple Butter Pancakes for breakfast. They're super light and fluffy, seasoned wih warm spices and sweetened with apple butter.
In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Mix milk, egg, and apple butter in a seperat bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Whisk together until just combined. Let pancake mix sit for 5 minutes.
Heat a large griddle or pan over medium heat. Scoop ¼ cup pancake batter onto griddle/pan.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side and enjoy.
