Savory and fluffy Garlic Herb Jasmine Rice is a refreshing side dish flavored with parsely, thyme, and basil.
Add butter and garlic to a large pot over medium heat. When butter is melted add rinsed Jasmine rice to the pot. Sautee for around 30 seconds in butter and garlic mixture. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Stir and cover, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
