Creamy White Bean Hummus

This easy Creamy White Bean Hummus is smooth, lemony, with a bit of smoky. You'll love this hummus alternative made with white beans instead of hummus. Eat this awesome spread with all the veggies and pita chips for a delicious snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
  • 15 oz (1 can) cannenelli white
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil+ extra for serving
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 2 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional
  • paprika
  • parsley
Instructions
  1. Add white beans, tahini, water, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, garlic. salt and pepper to a food processor.

  2. Run food processor to blend until smooth (about 2 minutes or until desired consistency). Add a teaspoon of water to adjust/thin out white bean hummus as needed.

  3. Transfer white bean hummus to plate or shallow bowl. Top with paprika or parsley. Serve with fresh veggies and pitas.
