Ingredients
  • 1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ΒΌ teaspoon freshly ground cracked pepper
  • Salt
  • 1-2 tablespoon water to thin
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth (up to 1 minute).

  3. If it's too thick add 1-2 tablespoon of water to thin out to desired consistency.
