Tasty shredded chicken tossed flavorful buffalo sauce with crunchy green lettuce, avocado, diced tomatoes.
Take the rotisserie chicken and shred it into pieces (remove the skin) and set aside. Cut tomatoes and chop lettuce.
Heat a small saucepan over low to medium heat and add butter. When the butter melts add hot sauce and the remaining buffalo sauce ingredients. Stir well. Once fully mixed turn off the heat and set it aside.
In a large bowl add shredded chicken. Pour buffalo sauce mix onto chicken. Use tongs to toss chicken and coat evenly with sauce.
Place a small tortilla and top with shredded chicken, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Cut and slice avocado and add to tacos.
