Making the most of winter citrus with blood oranges along with tomatoes and onion marinated in lime juice for the Chunky Blood Orange Salsa.

Ingredients
  • 4 blood oranges peeled, and diced into small chunks
  • ¾ cup red onion diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 2 jalapeños use only 1 to make less spicy
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Thoroughly mix together to evenly combine. Let sit in fridge for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
