Turmeric Ginger Salmon together to flavor and give color to soft and flaky oven roasted salmon. Pair this with your next grain bowl, salad, or meal prep!
Pre heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Set aside
In a small bowl combine turmeric, ginger, garlic powder
Use a brush to coat salmon with turmeric mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer salmon to baking sheet.
Cook in oven for 15-25 minutes. Cooking time depends on the thickness of the salmon. Thicker pieces of salmon will take longer to cook.
Remove from oven. Pair with a salad, bowl, or next meal prep.
