This vegan and gluten free thick and creamy Cashew Alfredo Sauce is a quick sauce made with simple ingredients and full of robust flavor!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours or overnight
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup water
Instructions
  1. Soak cashews in water for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.

  2. Drain cashews and transfer to blender. Add garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, sea salt, pepper, and water. Blend for 2 minutes. Taste sauce and adjust seasonings and water to thin out sauce per preference.
