Super moist salmon filet in a flavorful miso ginger sauce for a delicious taco combo. These Miso Salmon Tacos is a win for everyone at the table.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cup mixed greens
Instructions
  1. Mix white miso paste, brown sugar, rice vinegar, Mirin, treated ginger, and toasted sesame oil together until well combined. Place sauce in a small shallow bowl. Place salmon filet skin side up. Spoon any additional sauce onto of salmon. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Broil for Medium/High or 10-12 minutes or until reached internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Thick slices of salmon will require more time to cook.

  2. Dice cucumbers and onions into small pieces and chop mixed greens. Layer mixed greens, pieces of salmon, cucumbers and red onion on top of flour tortilla.
