Super moist salmon filet in a flavorful miso ginger sauce for a delicious taco combo. These Miso Salmon Tacos is a win for everyone at the table.
Mix white miso paste, brown sugar, rice vinegar, Mirin, treated ginger, and toasted sesame oil together until well combined. Place sauce in a small shallow bowl. Place salmon filet skin side up. Spoon any additional sauce onto of salmon. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Broil for Medium/High or 10-12 minutes or until reached internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Thick slices of salmon will require more time to cook.
