Super Easy Pumpkin Pancakes are here ready for a perfectly fall themed breakfast. Soft and fluffy made from scratch pancakes with a hint of the pumpkin and seasoned with warm spices will delight your taste buds.
In a large bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Mix until well combined. In a separate bowl add milk, pumpkin puree, egg, and vegetable oil. Whisk until well combined. Pour wet ingredients into bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not over mix).
Heat a lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium heat. Use ¼ cup measuring scoop to make batter and pour onto the hot griddle or skillet. Cook pancakes for 1-2 minutes and flip. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
