A deliciously sweet Indian drink in popsicle form. These Mango Lassi Popsicles are creamy and colorful and hard to resist!
Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about 1 hour. Remove from the fridge and place popsicle sticks. Return to the fridge and continue to freeze for another 4-5 hours or until firm.
Remove from freezer. Run popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen and remove popsicles.
