Grilled Romaine with Creamy Ranch

Nicely charred heads of romaine lettuce seasoned with salt and pepper and drizzled with the creamiest ranch dressing from Drew's Organics.

  • 2 whole romaine
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ Drew's Organics Creamy Ranch Dressing and Marinade
  • cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 lemon, cut in half
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes diced
  1. Heat a grill to 400 degrees.

  2. Rinse the romaine lettuce. Cut in half (vertically or length wise) to create 4 long pieces of lettuce.

  3. Face romaine cut side up and brush half of olive oil on top of romaine lettuce. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Place romaine directly on the grill cut side down and grill for 2 minutes. Flip romaine lettuce over and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the lettuce reaches the desired level of char.

  5. Remove romaine from grill. Drizzle Drew's Organics Creamy Dressing over top.

  6. Add additional toppings like shredded Parmesan cheese, sprinkle of lemon juice, or diced cherry tomatoes to this grilled romaine.

  7. Serve immediately.
