Enjoy this thick and creamy classic Oatmeal Peanut Butter Smoothie. It only takes 10 minutes with a few simple ingredients like frozen banana, oatmeal, and peanut butter.

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • few ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.

  2. Mix until well combined (up to one minute). Add more ice cubes to adjust consistency.

  3. Serve immediately.
