Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cup milk
  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • ½ cup diced nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl mix together rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Add eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and whisk together until all combined. Gently fold in the diced apples and nuts.

  3. Transfer oatmeal mix to the greased baking dish. Spread to an even layer using a spoon. Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes.
