Rich and flavorful Mini Chocolate Waffles drizzled in a powdered sugar glaze.
In a large bowl mix all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar,baking powder, and salt.
In a smaller bowl mix eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and butter.
Form a well in the middle of the flour mix. Pour wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients (flour mix).
Whisk all together until just combined.
Heat waffle griddle. Cook waffles according to instructions.
Combine powdered sugar, butter, milk, vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Add milk to adjust consistency.
Use room temperature milk and eggs to prevent melted butter from curdling when mixing waffles batter.
