Soft and chewy Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect treat for dessert. This recipe will sure win over anyone looking to satisfy a sweet tooth.
In a large bowl add melted butter, olive oil, egg, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients (flour mixture) into the wet ingredients. Then add chocolate chips and fold.
Use a cookie scoop to form cookies. Place on lined baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 12 minutes or until cookies are nice golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cookies cool down. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Makes roughly 28 cookies!
