Ingredients
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoon butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips or morsels
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl add melted butter, olive oil, egg, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients (flour mixture) into the wet ingredients. Then add chocolate chips and fold. 

  2. Use a cookie scoop to form cookies. Place on lined baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 12 minutes or until cookies are nice golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cookies cool down. Sprinkle with sea salt.
