How To Make Mango Chia Overnight Oats
Start with a jar. Add in your rolled oats, milk, vanilla extract, honey, and chia seeds. Stir until well combined. Cover jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Then add diced mango. If you want you can add the mango before putting the jar in the refrigerator so that it will be completely ready once the oats and chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.
Feel free to use non dairy milk and maple syrup for a plant based overnight oatmeal.
Mango Chia Overnight Oats
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Mango, diced
- In a jar add rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and honey. Stir until well combined. Cover and let sit in fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Remove jar from fridge and top with mango.
