Almonds
Neutral Oil (like avocado or grapeseed oil)
Sea Salt
Optional: sweetener (honey or maple syrup_
How To Make Homemade Almond Butter:
Roast: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place almonds on a baking sheet in an even layer. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
Blend: Add roasted almonds to a food processor. Add neutral oil and sea salt. Blend almonds until it reaches a creamy consistency. Take breaks while blending to scrape the sides and cool off.

When blending in a food processor the almonds will first transform into a crumbly soft texture and from there form a ball (and may be hot to touch so taking a break is good).
