3 ingredient Vanilla Cashew Butter
- 2 cups cashews
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Roast cashews on a pan for about 10 minutes. Allow cashews to cool.
- Place cashews and vanilla extract in blender/food processor. Blend for 12-17 minutes or until smooth.
- Add dash of salt and blend for several seconds
